We are pleased that you are considering the Harborside Grand Ballroom as the venue for your special celebration. We are located in the historic and picturesque Balboa Pavilion. The Balboa Pavilion, which opened in 1905, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a designated California Landmark. Famous for its world-renowned cupola and illuminated by more than 1,400 white lights, the Balboa Pavilion has served as the beacon of Newport Beach for 100 years.

The Harborside Grand Ballroom, with its unparalleled views of Newport Bay, has unique banquet facilities for 75-500 guests. It is the ideal setting for weddings, holiday parties and corporate functions.

Enclosed you will find a package designed to provide you with information regarding our Grand Ballroom facility and services to assist you with the planning of your event.
